Our Favourite At-Home Workouts

We understand that keeping your motivation high during these lock-down times is exceptionally hard! But we want to emphasise that it doesn't require much equipment or planning to get your heart rate up on your own livingroom floor. You can be the DJ of your own personal gym and it leaves you with a wonderful feeling afterward. 

We have created a couple of workouts for you to do at home. They can be done around 10 minutes and is guaranteed to eget your body going. Use them to wake up your mind and body in the morning, as a physical break during your work day or you can even do a virtuel training session with some friends.

We believe that some is better than nothing. Set the bar low and choose some exercises you love. We know that it is easier to get your workout done if you like the exercises! 
It can be a good idea to put down you workouts in your daily calendar, like you would a conference call. We promise you won't regret getting up and moving.

These short workouts we have included require no (or very little) equiptment! If you don't have kettlebell you can use ball, a bucket of paint, a filled back pack or any other weighty thing. 

 

Workout 1:

21-15-9

  • Eyda Jumps (englehop)
  • Glutebridge
  • Jumping Squats
  • Mountain Climbers

All four exercises are done 21 times followed by all exercises done 15 times and finally all exercises are 9 times each. You control your breaks.  

 

Workout 2:

EMOM10

  1. Air Squats
  2. Push Ups
  3. Lunges
  4. Sit Ups
  5. Burpees

'Every Minute On The Minute' is the type of workout where each exercise begins on every whole minute. Strive to work for 40-50 seconds per minute, giving yourself the rest of the minute as a break. Each round takes 5 minutes. 

 

Workout 3:

AMRAP10

  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Kb Swings
  • 10 Jumping Lunges

30 seconds break after each round 

As Many Rounds As Possible - Do as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes. If you do not have a kettlebell for the kettlebell swings, this exercise can be replaced with either push ups or sit ups.  

We strive to create comfortable training clothes making you ready for any movement even when you are sitting in your office chair. An easy transition from work and into your workout or for a calming yoga session without having to change.
